Refund and Returns Policy for The Loving Mind

At The Loving Mind, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your therapy session or experience, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for guidance on how we handle cancellations, refunds, and session rescheduling.

  1. Session Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid any fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee.

  1. Refunds for Services
  • No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. However, if there is any issue with your session or treatment, please reach out, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
  • Refunds for Unused Services: If you have purchased a package of services and have not yet utilized the sessions, we will provide a refund for the remaining sessions, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Refund Requests: If you are dissatisfied with your session, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the appointment to discuss your concerns. We aim to provide a solution that works for you, whether it’s additional sessions or another approach. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Payment for Services

All payments for services are processed before your scheduled appointment. Payments can be made through secure credit card processing or other approved payment methods. If you need assistance or have questions about payments, please get in touch with us.

  1. No Shows

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. We highly encourage you to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your session.

  1. Special Circumstances

In rare cases where you experience an emergency or personal circumstance preventing attendance, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are committed to being understanding and flexible, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or refund requests based on the situation.

  1. Refunds for Online Products or Packages

For any digital products or package deals purchased from The Loving Mind (e.g., self-hypnosis recordings, e-books), please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not available. However, if you experience any issues or concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them.
